These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Exirfadmaal's website and services, including device repair, IMEI check and unlock services, and training courses. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our Services
Exirfadmaal provides phone and tablet repair services (screen, battery, charging port, camera, water damage, data recovery), IMEI check and unlock services, and mobile repair training courses. Service availability, pricing, and turnaround time may vary by device and issue, and final pricing is confirmed after a free diagnostic.
2. Diagnostics and Quotes
All repairs begin with a diagnostic to confirm the issue. You will be given an upfront price before any repair work begins. Prices listed on our website are starting prices and may change based on the specific device, part availability, or condition of the device.
3. Repair Warranty
We provide a 90-day warranty on parts and labor for completed repairs, unless otherwise stated. This warranty does not cover damage caused after the repair (such as new drops, water exposure, or unauthorized repairs by a third party), or issues unrelated to the original repair.
4. IMEI Check & Unlock Tool Services
IMEI check and unlock services are provided based on the IMEI number and information you supply. You are responsible for ensuring you are the rightful owner of the device, or have authorization to request these services. We reserve the right to decline any unlock or IMEI service if we suspect the device is lost, stolen, or the request is otherwise unauthorized. Unlock tool subscription plans (3, 6, 9, or 12 months) grant access to our unlock tool for the stated period; results may vary depending on device model, firmware version, and manufacturer restrictions, which are outside our control.
5. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of a repair, unlock service, or course enrollment, unless another arrangement has been agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods communicated to you at the time of service.
6. Courses
Course fees, schedules, and content are as described at the time of enrollment. We reserve the right to reschedule or modify course content to maintain quality, and will notify enrolled students of any significant changes.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Before leaving your device with us, please back up your data. While we take care during every repair, we are not responsible for data loss that occurs during the repair process unless caused by our negligence. Please remove any passcodes or locks you're comfortable sharing, or inform our technician, so we can properly test the device after repair.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Exirfadmaal's liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount paid for that specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
